Why No LGM from India till date?

India contributes the most to various things like global population, pollution (aqi) and most importantly promoting cheating culture on codeforces. The why they never had an LGM till date? It seems really strange to me that a country with so many people on codeforces couldn't produce a single LGM till date while small countries with worse cp culture and next to no cheating like Egypt and Saudi Arabia are giving LGMs. Are Indians such big noobs that they cant produce even 1 LGM even with so much of cheating? Even cheaters like [user:PsychoticD] could only cheat their way to IM. Why?
