Here is everything we know about the 2025 OIs so far (I'll update this whenever new information is announced):

Note: Information with (?) wasn't found in any official website and might be wrong.

Feel free to share information about other OIs (except national olympiads) in the comments and I'll add them.

UPD: Since the post was getting a bit messy, I grouped all the olympiads by region and whether they are a junior olympiad. I hope the new format is helpful.

The national OI contest in China. Participants have to get good results in this year's CNOI to enter China Team Training&Selection for IOI'26.

Note that we only know Chinese students will take part in APIO 2025 in Xishan, Jiangsu. It does not mean APIO 2025 will be hosted by China. In fact, it's likely not to be hosted by China, since the host country changes every two years.

It's fine, such mistakes are expected especially considering that info about some OIs is often hard to find or uncertain. That's why I made sure to mark unofficial info with (?).

I'll update the blog soon, thanks!

There's also Baltic and Western European — basically 4 reagional plus EJOI, EGOI and junior regionals.

They're a lot, but few countries are actually eligible to participate in more than 4: regional, junior regional, EJOI and EGOI.

I understand your decision. Still, I would request to consider listing national Olympiads too as not all of the listings currently accept worldwide participation. So, if Europe, Asia and Africa level entries have made it to the list, then within these continental categories you may list the national regions as well.

The reason I don't add national OIs is not because not every country can participate but because it would be way too long, so it would be hard for me to update and for everyone to use.

Thanks, but I don't plan on adding ICPC (its format is much different than the format of an OI, plus it's one of the most organized programming competitions I know, I think, so there's no reason to have it here).
