There is no tutorial in 1004F.Can anyone give me a link which is tutorial in 1004F?

I saw a problem,which is 1004F.

I didn't know how to do it.

Despite giving it my all,I couldn't overcome.

Then I pressed the 'tutorial' button and found:

1004F — Sonya and Bitwise OR Will be added soon.

I was shocked and didn't know how to do.

Can anyone teach me this problem or give me a link which is tutorial in 1004F?
