Also Black_Ant seems like a cheater to me. He was struggling with div2 B but suddenly he manged to solve 4 ques of div2 and also full set of last div3
Good catch, I have skipped the H submission of most people you've listed.
cheaters are even reaching close to CM now, Recently found this dude(https://codeforces.net/profile/Lieutenant-) while going through the ranklist. Bro submitted D in 5 minutes after failing C for 2 times in the most recent div2. In a simple div2 A he got TLE when he just blindly submitted GPT code. Also he submits code in multiple languages for the same question with different approach within a span of a few minutes.

His E is skipped but his rating increased and shi, maybe you didn't skip his H that's why

Hey what does it mean like skipping 1 or 2 solution from whole contest I think cf skip all solutions of that contest when you got cheated right ? I go through few accounts listed here and i see few are getting skipped in 1 problem what that means can you tell pls
The skipped submissions are a temporary measure to mark people as cheating, so that Vladosiya can easily find them when he does the plag check. Later when the plag check/recalculation happens, Vladosiya will deal with them, and each of them will have all solutions skipped (unless found innocent, but I find that quite unlikely).
