I posted a comment 4 days ago, because I was affected by wrong interactor of 2066A but my rating still decreased. And I found that many people met the same problem. MikeMirzayanov please fix it.

i believe the ratings of round 1004 haven't been rolled back yet. round 1004 is currently unrated for you, so once the rollback happens, your rating will remain unchanged..

Codeforces be like (just a guess):

  1. Find somebody who is rated, got affected by A and got negative delta.
  2. Mark him as unrated.
  3. Recalculate rating changes without him.
  4. It's not hard to explain why we need to go back to step 1.
