For problems which rated above 1900, I can only think about one or two hints of a single problem, so I often have to read the editoral to finish a single problem after one or two hours' time thinking. But I think reading the editoral is useless to improve my CP skill. As you can see, I am a seventh-grader in Ningbo, China and I haven't got much time to practise. How can I get through this situation?

First of all, there's no reason to worry about not being able to solve 1900+ rated problems yet. Start from a level you find comfortable, then once you can solve it quickly (about 15 minutes) increase the difficulty and so on.

Reading editorials is actually useful. Many techniques and ideas appear in many CP problems, so if you try to solve a similar problem at some point, it will be much easier. Just make sure you try to solve the problems for some time before reading the editorial.
