Since Mike isn't listening to us and not banning cheaters, we should all just cheat in the next contest to show him how bad his cheat detection is. We need immediate change because innocent competitive programmers are being affected by these cheaters. So, for the next contest everyone make sure to cheat. Use AI, ask higher rated friends for solutions, and show Mike that his website needs to be fixed!

First of all, it's unfair for the problem authors who prepared the round for everyone.

Are you out of your mind? Most people will not follow this advice and the few people who follow your advice is gonna make next round end up with more cheaters than current rounds.

Mike has had six months to change something and he hasn't. This is the only thing that can get his attention.

Do you understand how difficult it is to find these cheaters and ban them? Sure, people make blogs and show how people have cheated. However, Mike and his team are very busy. There are tens of thousands of people participating in one contest, and they have to find all the cheaters? You have to give them credit. For example, in the last contest, I was placed around 6700, but after all the testing results, my final standings were 5600. They were able to find many cheaters, and of course, they weren't able to ban some. They also have jobs outside of codeforces. Unless there is a 100% guaranteed way of stopping cheaters, it is impossible to stop all the cheaters.

See, Cheaters are getting banned !! If your claim is that why all cheaters are not banned; then there is an ethical issue behind that, i.e. FALSE POSITIVE. This implies a person was genuine but still banned due to suspicion; so one has to always give a cushion of luck or co-incidence in case code style matches.. But don't worry as Mike has said in one of his famous comments; "Lightning doesn't strike the same place twice"; so on repeated cheating (which these cheaters are used to); they will surely get banned / skipped one day.

Moral :- Just appreciate the platform which Mike & Co has given us to compete and practice; nothing is 100% perfect. All we can do is to wait & hope for the organisers and administrators to find a way out; rather than taking such an extreme step which you have recommended !!

That is just one case! Also, Mike and his team cannot look at every single blog and ban all of them since they are trying to find the cheaters themselves! Mike and his team are finding and banning more cheaters than even the Codeforces community!

But people who cheat in 2 rounds should be banned automatically right?

Not necessarily. Mike and his team need to confirm he has cheated in two rounds, and we don't necessarily know if they know this person cheated two times (they might not even know him/her).

As Mike said, Lightning doesn't strike the same place twice, so he must have cheated at least once, which deserves a ban.

Sure, byteplay_studios might deserve a ban, but that doesn't mean Mike and his team know about it.
