MSK changed from UTC+4 to UTC+3 on 26 October (This has nothing to do with DST). This change affects contest time from the next contest (Codeforces Round #276). If you believe MSK is UTC+4, you may be upset. Pay attention!
P.S. By "This has nothing to do with DST" above, I want to say this topic is not equivalent to Daylight saving time ends! the change of contest time is not because DST ends (or begins), and this change is permanent. Sorry for my poor English.
DST changed on 26. October. I'm pretty sure it has everything to do with DST.
This issue has been acknowledged on Wikipedia. This timezone seems to be used permanently.
That it's not a DST change, but a timezone change, doesn't mean it has nothing to with DST — especially not if the time coincides.

(tl;dr article: Winter time is the "normal" (geographically, sort of) one, summer time is the DST shift; Russia stopped DST changes in summer time and reverted to the normal one now.)
Why your comments are always so annoying? Somebody pays you for posting crap on Codeforces on regular basis?
It's just a little argument... You don't need to get pissed off. Even though Xellos tends to make a big deal of little things and make jokes in every chance he gets (even when he himself gets negative feedback) I actually find it amusing!
Because nobody pays me to be incredibly polite all the time.
I pointed out that it actually has to do with DST. Do you call it crap? Then deal with it.
A lot of my "on a regular basis" posts involve helping people solve problems. Sometimes, I even post editorials to non-CF contests. Do you call that crap?
(It's obviously the reason why my contribution is high. And in fact, nobody pays me to do anything — all I do, I would without getting paid. Take that, world!)
DST is worldwide time change. This is domestic time change.
DST isn't worldwide, it only applies in some countries. (If it was worldwide, we wouldn't observe any contest time changes, no?)
Of course, I know it. Sorry, I couldn't express my idea in English.
The usual Codeforces Round time in my country is now 23:30 instead of 22:30 :( It means that my sleeping time will be reduced 1 hour :( But no problem, I will still take part in every contests :D
For me the contest time move from 00:30 to 01:30 ;( I hope that contest time will be brought forward in weekends...
