I have ideas on problems and would like to write a codeforces round, so how should I do so? (I know some basics for writing problems (though I'm not quite familiar with the testlib library).)

UPD : I finished all problems and uploaded all of them on polygon, but I still haven't get a reply (my message wasn't even seen yet) :(

UPD2 : Got a reply. Thanks to everyone who commented!

You can send a message to the coordinator and ask him to help you.

You should contact glebshp, then fill-in a form and send your round proposal with some solutions to him, them he will answer and helps you in preparing round!!! but evaluating your problems can take a lot of time!!

PS: I've been in the queue for about 3 months!!

The time that you are expectant can be different. But if you decide wisely and have a little chance, he answer very soon. For example sending message when he is online or after a contest finished, can be useful.

Was GlebsHP the coordinator when you want to prepare the contest?

Hello everybody, I think it's time for me to step into this topic. There are two questions here, actually: "What do I do if I want to hold a codeforces round?" and "Why the hell this coordinator isn't responding for weeks?!".

What do I do if I want to hold a codeforces round? 1. Fill this form; 2. Write me an email (you can find it in the form); 3. Wait while I evaluate all the problems; 4. Prepare the round.

Why the hell this coordinator isn't responding for weeks?! Well, of course I'm not considering the current situation to be OK. There are about 20-30 proposals still waiting for evaluation now, and I do not have time to reply on them. Moreover, I'm even not trying to set some reasonable deadline anymore, as I already promised to many people to review their proposals in a month or so, but constantly failed. Mike and I will think if we can do something in order to everyone been answered in at least one month. We really work on making Codeforces rounds as good as we can, thank you for your patience :)

Maybe the coordinator have too much work to do? Why don't we just have one more coordinator to reduce workload????

So it took you 7 months to get an approval for your round ?
