After codeforces round #100, seems the virtual participation function is turned off. And we can't use this module to practise anymore, is there some problems occur in the server (but seems the existing virtual participation contest is still available), or do we need to setup something to turn on the function?
Could any one tell me why this situation occur? Thanks in advance.

UPD: oh yeah~! the virtual participation is back!
