Did you just mix Polish and Indonesian flag up?
Actually this dango art is based on Polandball, so I borrowed some rules about dangos from Polandball world (where Polish flag is upside down).
Here's another example: previously, I drew IOI host countries in this dango (link), and you can see brick-like Kazakhstan and triangle-like Singapore. However I decided that USA dango doesn't wear sunglasses, because there're no needs of awesomeness in their world.
