I wanted to know what are different resources from which IOI participants from different countries use to practice. Also where can I find problems and their analysis of previous IOI task similar to IMO tasks which are available at Link

      I'm not an IOI participant (hopefully only yet), but Yandex has online judge for IOI tasks back to 2003. From what I've heard POI is pretty good for practice.

          There isn't as far as I know, but if you ask for a specific problem in your blog, then I'm pretty sure someone will help you.
