5 subregionals, let me know if something changes
.
Do you want to say that in the Southeastern Europe Region only participation in the semifinal (SEERC) counts as a try?
.
I always thought 5 subregionals. According to ICPC Regionals Eligibility Decision Diagram "5 regional contest years".
.
Since finals are mentioned as "finals" and regionals as "regional year", I believe qualifiers for regionals are counted for "regional year".
.
BTW in Asia during one year teams are allowed to participate in several regionals, maybe therefore the term "regional year" was used in the diagram.
.
I thought the most efficient way to determine that is whether or not you register on Baylor for subregional contest?
