I don't even know if my message is reached to Codeforces coordinator correctly. If there is a spreadsheet or document(Google spreadsheet might be the good choice.) to show current Codeforces Round Proposal queue status, people can check if their message is arrived correctly and estimate their email's response time. I hope they will make it someday.
Added 1: It seems GlebsHP is offline for almost 2 months and I sent the proposal email to him. Are he still one of the contributors? If not which coordinator should I resend my proposal email?

Are you not supposed to use the "Propose a contest/problems" option in the sidebar for contest proposals? Also I don't really know how this is organized, but using a Google Sheets thing for something like this seems pretty unprofessional to me.
Oh really? I can't see anything like "Propose a contest/problems" in the frontpage because I don't meet the requirements? I thought I need to send email to GlebsHP.
By the way Google Sheets will be great until they construct and open the Codeforces built-in system to shows queue because it needs almost no cost.
It comes on after 25 contests I think.
I should participate bunch of contests before when new semester starts.. Thank you.
I think you read some old blog posts, because GlebsHP is not a coordinator already for 2 years (look here). Also now there is a tab called "Propose a contest/problems" which is near your profile picture on the right side of the screen (If you can't find it here is the link). You can only access that page if you meet the requirements here.
Thanks for your clarification.
I proposed my first contest a week ago, but that page only supports to see and maintain proposals I submitted. There is no public status like how many proposals are in queue, etc.
