Try harder questions.
:)
Your Rev. 1 comment didn't age well
I can't help you. But Google can.
Hard to say what is affecting you particularly without knowing you. As a general tip, if you're solving a lot of problems but don't see much improvement then you probably want to try harder problems. You're aiming for 1900+, so you want to be able to solve problems with difficulty rating 1900, and ideally a few hundred higher than that.
I have the same problem. I have been trying for a few days now to solve this two problems first and second and cannot come with a solution, I have read the tutorial, and haven't understood the idea explained there.
It's not the first time I encounter this, usually when I try to do harder problems (Div2 E, Div1 C, Div1 D) I cannot undertand the solution and get stuck.
And for a few months now I don’t really feel like I am learning anything from solving problems. Is just repeating again and again what I already know.
Solve more problems that are hard for you on cf. It looks like you only solved 1 cf problem in the last 30 days. I assume that you were solving problems on other judges but to improve on cf and become (candidate) master, solve more cf problems.
In fact, nobody knows it for you.
I don't know a sufficient condition, but a necessary one is to take part in rated contests.
He joined 78 rated contests... :)
Be a friend with people who have high rate
This tip is just soooo underrated....
He can take experience from them :)
Probably you should get into some new nice themes, which are necessary if you want to solve tasks with difficulty 1900. For example, try to read Cormen's book.
Solve harder problems than you can currently solve. It's the only way to learn something new. Don't be worried if you constantly read the editorials. Because they only help you. I mean you're practicing right? It's not an actual competition, so you can only improve yourself. And don't get the Codeforces rounds too serious. Do it for fun without any pressure on yourself. Consider it a practice for the real competitions. For example I just got candidate master and I failed my first div.1 round, ending up with 0 solved tasks. But shit happens. You have to move on and continue practicing and improving yourself and I'm sure that you're gonna become a candidate master. Sorry if I have bored you.
I know one way but it needs much time :D
As you may know, some time ago you was a master if your rating was higher than 2200 (perhaps 2300). So probably you can wait until for being master it is enough to have about 1600
I have an upper bound on the waiting time — 1 year.
Just use new year magic!
really good solution... :D
Just practise more. I practise CP a lot even if my schedule is full of fan meetings and dance practises. You just have to sacrifice your time.
Um... are you actually Tzuyu Chou? :P
Yes, she is.
orz
How can you handle both quite well?? Don't you sleep or something??
ooh....
Any of your other members do CP? tzuyu_chou?
You can find some teachers to learn.

How about other?
If you are 9 years old, you'll have more time to practice.
I wouldn't recommend this way, because it's not a very good method for getting better at competitive coding in general, but it works for getting to purple.
Just practice A, B, and C a lot and get them all really quickly and consistently in contest. If you do that and get them all in < 20 mins, you should occasionally be able to solve D's in the remaining time, which will be enough for purple.
Always try to solve 1 or 2 problems more than you could during the competition. They shouldn't be out of your reach (with editorial if you can't alone). I also find gym contests (5hs) very useful. They usually have interesting problems with a wider topic and difficulty range, so you can improve no matter what your current level is.
If you think your thinking ability is not enough, try to read math books. It's useful for both your thinking ability and your math skills. Sorry for my poor English.
can you suggest good math books ?
Sorry! We are in different countrys and use different textbooks. But if you are asking Internationally renowned math books, try to find them on Google. Sorry for my really, really poor English.
your english is not at all poor
You should be aggressive when you are writing contest.
Learn to skip a problem during the contests when you are completely clueless for some time, for example 15 minutes. Move on to other problems. It's common to find a problem with higher points which is easier than a problem with less points.
Hey, Congrats man, you're so close to being a Master now :) I wanted to ask which of the tips mentioned here helped you the most, or did you tried something of your own?
Thank you! I finally came to those ranks. But generally i fall again to expert.I started university this year and i don't interest with Olympiads now.I always enter the contests from 3 years ago.I don't know how i came those ranks? Maybe some problems was in the last exams which i like to solve. Don't give up! Your contest will come soon.
