How to contribute to cp algorithms.

Is there a way to contribute to cp algorithms like add code, modify etc. , or are they reserved for their own authors.

You can contribute through the github repository. https://github.com/e-maxx-eng/e-maxx-eng

You can raise issues, after forking the repository make changes and create pull requests.
