My rating is 1559 (which means i am a trusted participant of div3) and i participated in recent codeforces round #629(div3) but codeforces is showing that my participation was unofficial. MikeMirzayanov

    yes i think i did registration when the rating of educational cf round 84 was not changed.this means now my partcipation will not be considered?

I suspect that rating change after Educational Round 84 was not considered somehow.
