I cannot access codeforces with one of my network in any of the devices, neither laptop nor phone. It is my wifi router which is not able to access codeforces for sometime(yesterday) . I don't know why. When I use my my mobile network, it works. Like I am writing this with my mobile connection. Please can someone help me on this. Is anyone else facing same problem? Thank you.

Have a similar problem in 2 networks. In the Chrome browser press Ctrl+Shift+I to check network requests that got broken. I'm having a problem with sta.coseforces.com domain — can't get CSS files from it and the main HTML-page waits forever and never loads.

I'm facing this issue as well. I don't know if it's my ISP or an IP ban from codeforces. The reason might be that I never closed the tab of codeforces in my browser. It kind of stays on 24/7, been so for weeks. And now I can only access codeforces when I'm using a VPN.
