i got an email from code forces saying that my answer matches with someone else.i dont even know that person. please help me

Maybe someone copied you code then. Did you write your code on online ide like ideone?

              You don't get anything to help you out, somebody probably copied your code word for word and now you and the cheater are both cheaters. That is, if what you are saying is true.

                No. The other cheater will get the e-mail, but will not be considered cheating in codeforces system. Usually, the person who submits first is innocent. Otherwise, chaos would happen. Imagine someone having two accounts and one of the accounts solved a problem and locked it and saw another person's submission and submitted it by the other account. That account will be accused of cheating and might get blocked. But the innocent person will only get the e-mail but won't be considered a cheater.
