I am a new Candidate Master. However, I will lose it soon. After today's match, I found that I still had a lot of weaknesses. I am not skillful. I could't solve Probelm A at once, which made me quite stressed and nervous and led to the final failure. At last, I fell down before D. When the contest ended, I calmed myself down and solved D. Then, I understood my biggest weakness was FEAR. Well, fear is not helpful to solve a problem. To change the situation, I will do more tasks and take part in more VPs. Although I will go down to the expert this time, I think it is good for me to see myself clearly. And I believe I will return to the Candidate Master soon.
Wall_breaker, i am Wall_facer L. You are really quick-witted, but sometimes you are in a flurry.
I know most of my classmates(including me) are weaker than you. Please go ahead and have confidence.
Why did you create a new account? :D I'm sure you had some cf experience before making this account. Everyone who does cp does cf as well these days.
I feel confused. Why do you think i create a new account? This is my first one.
There is some tip from my side if you want to take it. If you see standings between contests then try to avoid it because it creates pressure on you that you are not to able to solve problems while others easily solved it. This is told to me by my friend and really it helped me a lot and after that, I make my habit to see standing only after 1.5 hrs, not before it and trust me this will work for you also. Try it.
Thank you very much! I DO think you are right. Standings give me too much stress.
I know exactly how you're feeling and i'm glad you realised how dangerous fear is. You should always feel confident in your abilities, because if you did well in some previous contest and keep practicing every day, it's obvious that you'll have similar (very good) results in the future. Bad days are normal and happen to everybody (even to the red coders). I hope you will always keep this mentality.

Sadly no...
It all depends on your patience. I know sometimes it may seem like it's a very bad period of time, but from my experience I can say that this period it's obviously not unlimited (as long as you keep your love for informatics).
Everything is individual. Some problems fit you, some no. You should try to increase the lower bound of difficulties of the problems that does not fit you. Today I solved 4 problems, my max in div. 2 was 2. How? I'm sure I did not improve much, I did not do any practice. But most of these 4 problems did fit me.
You say you solved D while you do not have any submission to that problem.
Sorry, my fault. It should be "before" instead of "behind".
A shitty problem statement like todays A can kill a complete round. Especially if every problem counts the same. I did get it completly wrong and quit the constest after asking three times for clearyfication.

As one of your classmates , I think you are very clever and industrious.
Solve more problems and participate in more contests , and you might be the strongest contestant in our school.
well same happened with me i was not able to solve A and keep thinking about it during whole contest and didn't realized that problem C,D were pretty solvable.... pretty demotivated as of now........need some sort of motivation
