the second guy has a worse rank and more initial rating still he has more delta why

It's not a bug. The second account is a new account so, according to new rules, it gets a little bonus increment for the first few contests.

    IDK if it's a bug or not, but definitely its not the case of old and new account, just look at Ra7's and chirantan_2001's. P.S: I've not mentioned the profile link, u can check that by searching them in handle section Both are having accounts with new rules :)

      chirantan_2001 has an old account. He has already completed 6 contests. Why can't you just read this and do some calculations for Ra7 ?

JeanBombeur's rating change has been affected by rating changes for new accounts. As it was this account's sixth contest, they were affected by the initial displayed rating adjustments.
