Does anyone knows some Hard Math Problems for ICPC Training ? And if it's possible I'd like some links or some books where I can improve my Math Skills for ICPC.

http://www.math.purdue.edu/pow/ If you would just ignore problems that are too unlikely in a programming setting (like involving limits), I think this is a good source to improve your mathematical thinking skills.
