The rating changes for round 705 has a bug. There were a lot of cheaters in this round and all of their submissions were detected by the plagiarism checker. Yet they got positive rating change. Why???
For example Kaustov_584 this user has been cheating constantly despite getting repeated warnings. In round 705 too he cheated yet got a positive delta. Not only cf he cheats shamelessly on codechef too. See his submission history (You will know how he cheats)
I request the cf team MikeMirzayanov sir to look into this matter and penalize these cheaters so that they dont spoil this amazing community of coders.
The punishment should be more serious, like forbid them to take part in the following rounds or, more seriously, block their accounts directly. I think it's not enough to just roll back their ratings.
codeforces can even create a cheater badge or something similar if constant plagiarism is detected from someone's account. Just a suggestion/thought. :)

The worst part of this, is, that people who are new to competitive programming feel disgruntled by this, and ultimately, they may end up cheating too, just in order to get more rating.
Imagine being so bad that you can't even escape gray with cheating.
Okay so it seems MikeMirzayanov and his team dont care to remove cheaters from official standings!
Really disappointed!
