Problem with double submissions.

Hi fellow coders! I am a newbie with little knowledge of codeforces tools. I recently gave my first contest. Due to some overload on main site, I submitted the same code on codeforces light. Now, in the mean time, the submission on codeforces main site also got accepted. The codeforces team has now mailed me, saying that I have copied the code from another account. The account they mentioned is also mine,the one and the same I use! Now, I have been asked to defend myself without any direction on how to and what for, since both the submission are mine. They also warned of my account being blocked. Can someone experienced please help me out?

I remember a report about a similar glitch in the past: https://codeforces.net/blog/entry/91683

If both of the flagged submission are from your single account (rather than from multiple alt accounts), then this glitch will be fixed and you will receive no penalty.

I did the same in last contest but the only problem happened was my 1st submission got skipped
