Two different ranks being shown for same contest.

In the round 753 div 3 , my rank in common standing is being shown 343 whereas in friends standing my rank is 403. Why are there two different ranks? Both the ranks are official ranks.

Friends standing include some unofficial but rated user.

take part in at least two rated rounds (and solve at least one problem in each of them)

do not have a point of 1900 or higher in the rating.

For example, if someone take part in his first round and have a higher rank than you, he/she will be calculated in your friends standings rank but will be not calcualted in your common standings rank.
