Hello everyone!!
First of all, I want to thank the respected Code Forces community for providing us with immense material for learning as well as teaching us new problem-solving techniques. I want suggestions from the community as well as an apt group where I can hone my coding skills and reach higher levels. I did start competitive coding one and a half years back during the 3rd year of my college. I prepared more for coding interviews as my placements were near and solved more than 700 questions on LeetCode. Right now I can say that I am pretty comfortable with solving coding interview problems. After getting placed I decided to start competitive programming as a sport. I have currently solved over 200 questions on Code Forces and try to give every contest. Till now I've competed in 30 contests and I currently stand as a pupil with 1283 rating points. I want to improve in this sport but I tend to somehow lose the motivation in the middle and the progress is halted. I also compete on CodeChef and HackerEarth but there is huge inconsistency as someday I would perform well but someday I would perform so badly that I feel like I don't know anything. During the last Educational Code Forces round, I wasn't able to solve a single question because I missed some minute but easy logic. I know there are many articles as well as videos related to improving competitive programming but somehow I feel that I am missing a group of like-minded people where I can practice problems regularly and improve in this sport.
Lastly, I want to thank Rahul Das(rahul_iit) for motivating and clearing my doubts, Rachit Jain (rachitiitr), and Errichto (Errichto) for making immensely useful videos for beginners like me.
Thanking You.
