First of all, i want to report Heap_OverFloww who is violating a rule that says you can't have a misleading handle. This user is impersonating Heap_OverFlow and trying to frame him.

My question is, how do i report situations like this and to who? I tried searching for it, but failed to find anything. I don't think making a blog for each particular case is a great idea. Would like to hear your opinions on it and maybe get official answer!

UPD: AkiLotus shared information about contest reporting: "reports do exist for CM+, yes. After downvoting a content you, if eligible, would have a yellow triangle button to the right of the downvote. Click it and you would see a number of options for reporting, i.e. in which way did the content you want to report violate the standards.". We still dont know about reporting weird behaviours in the community and not contests. Although, i dont think its really that important.
