As you can see,in the standing of Codeforces Round 978 (Div. 2),some unrated users got high performances.

Including but not limited to G.f.,aggebus,Furyna,test892375 and big-baby-tape.

You may think that "they are just high-level programmers who have never used CF.".But is it common for so many high-level unrated users to appear in high section of a contest?

And I believe some of low-rating accounts are also alts.I suggest MikeMirzayanov to take it seriously.
