Why rollback only happened for contests before global round 27, i see cheaters from global round 27 onwards still enjoying their fake ratings, E.g : 288350266 this dude luffy_mugi is a cheater, just look at his code for problem D, its same as mine 288364877. We both copied from telegram.

I request MikeMirzayanov. to do the rollback/ban for all contests before the refact.ai one otherwise it might be too late.
