The rating changes for round 705 has a bug. There were a lot of cheaters in this round and all of their submissions were detected by the plagiarism checker. Yet they got positive rating change. Why???

For example Kaustov_584 this user has been cheating constantly despite getting repeated warnings. In round 705 too he cheated yet got a positive delta. Not only cf he cheats shamelessly on codechef too. See his submission history (You will know how he cheats)

I request the cf team to look into this matter and penalize these cheaters so that they dont spoil this amazing community of coders.
