This is the unofficial editorial to KSN 2020 (Indonesia's National Olympiad in Informatics), more information about the contest can be found on this blog post.

We decided to make this editorial for two reasons:

1. The editorial is usually only available in Indonesian, so we decided to write it for the international community.
2. The contest was held 3 months ago, but the Scientific Committee's editorial is still not released yet.

I would like to thank prabowo, yz_, Pa.Nic, nightlight, and rama_pang for helping to finish up this long overdue editorial.
