I was solving some problems on dp on subsets and I found this strange one

this got AC, but that gets TLE, and the only difference between them is swaping the inner 2 loops (mask and j).

I'm really curious to know why :D

A few years ago, div2 C difficulty was around 1600 — 1800, recently, it has been around 1200 — 1400.

Is it because of the great progress in people's levels? of course not.

The main reason is the cheaters.

I admit that their cheating doesn't affect me or some others, but what about beginners?

I found too many cheaters in the last edu round (also C) with a 100% identical submissions, I waited for them to be skipped but nothing happened! This the main reason I'm writing this blog. So, MikeMirzayanov please do something.
