It's little old me and I want to know folks predictions for tomorrow's ACPC, I won't give away mine because I am coaching multiple teams and I don't play favorites.

Also I am doing a drinking game having a shot everytime one of my teams gets a wrong answer, if anyone wants to join ;)

I've been very random at improving myself as a backend engineer by (scrolling medium, trying out new techs, looking up definitions & shit) and I've been fairly new to reading books.

Does the great CF community have any kind of systematic method to improving as a backend engineer from a tech-wise perspective?

tl;dr if you're a BE engineer how do you make sure you're progressing in tech as much as possible, I am also interested in the answer if you're outside the BE domain.

Why can't we have blind hour option in gym virtuals. I think it would make stuff more exciting.

I'd like to thank IsaacMoris and El-Ged_Sevawy for helping me prepare the contest and also mahmoudbadawy for helping (can't remember what he did thou).

Also onsite participants might note that statements changed that's because someone I don't like changed my statements for the onsite contest so I decided to publish the original statements here.

I used to explain topics to people in my university over zoom calls and record those calls some of these topics might be helpful so you can take a look at it in this drive.

I recently got accepted in the SIT & JUB's SWE and CS MSC through the contest. (Woah, those are a lot of abbreviations).

Anyway, I am trying to do this simultaneously while maintaining a full-time job. Is there anyone else here who got accepted and is planning to go, or is someone already doing the master's who can talk to me about what my schedule is going to be?

I'd like to invite you to participate in the ACPC 2021 Kickoff contest on the gym on Jun/26/2021 11:00 (Moscow time).

The problems were created by me, KhaledKEE, eagle93, and compiler_101. The contest will include 12 problems and 5 hours to solve them.

I'd like to thank Mostafa_ELbadawy, Amirnasr, and Mohammad_Yasser for testing our (Initially) Bug ridiculed contest.

While the setters didn't have fun creating the contest the participants at the official contest said it was good.

We hope you like the contest or don't doesn't really matter.

Whenever I try to submit a code, send a question, send a message, or wite a comment or a blog from my Desktop I get a 403 Error.

This problem began today so I am writing this blog from my phone any idea what the cause is?

Why doesn't Codeforces have Sad reacts?

Some weird cheating cases have gone unnoticed lately the example of these two accounts Kamal.Saad and Laggay these two have been astoundingly lately but the idea is that it's not the same person that owns the account that is entering the competitions and of course he can't be caught cheating because he basically doesn't well how do we know simply because we actually know the guy, take for example these two submissions.

same person two different writing styles to be completely honest i don't know why is he doing it and why would someone help him do that and what does that other guy gain but all i know it's a really shitty thing to do that might disappoint people who are actually working hard and deserve to preform better but are not due to people like these.

This is a call for help for those who can.

two teams from my college were able to qualify for the ACPC this year in sharm el sheikh however the college only accepted to fund only 3 teams but refused to provide financial support for these two hence we are asking you the great Problem Solving Community for help for those two teams.
