I recently saw a CodeForces app on the Android app store, as far as I can tell it is far from official. Despite that, it uses the actual CodeForces name and logo without giving credit or referencing the copyrighted nature of the material. Due to the fact that the application has not been updated in over 2 years, I was thinking about making a new one, but are we actually allowed to use the API for this purpose?

If so what sort of likeness are we allowed to use (IE are we allowed to use the name CodeForces in the app title?)
