I stopped cp because of travelling and after that, I have never been able to maintain the flow again? I am getting really frustrated. Before I used to fight the questions and now if I am unable to solve them I just stop thinking about them. I am really getting frustrated and burnt down.

Any suggestions?

don't sweat about it, sometimes it flows, sometime it does not. Just spend some time on cp each day, and if it does not work out today and mind refuses to work, return tomorrow. And in several days, you will feel like solving again. For me it always works out like that

This happens to everyone. Just write rated contests. For example, after an hour of playing, my back hurts terribly, but when I write codeforces contests, my body forgets what pain and weakness are, and despite the fact that I have 0 ideas on the last task, I don’t stop thinking about the task until the end of the contest.

Solve some easy problems for 1 or 2 days , it can boost your confidence and then try harder problems .
