hello
How many Questions in div1?
Why there are downvotes on this blog?
Please Organize Balanced Contests !!!
Can you guess when the cheating started ?
Hint :
Its cheatchef , indeed!
I left the contest at Rank 85 at 9:15 PM IST, and now it's 1300+ :) Either I'm too dumb that 1000+ people solved Div2C, or Codechef turned into Cheatchef :)
Lolchef!
With 30 mins left in the contest, problem E has 64 AC, at the end it had 450 lol
man, I so hate CodeChef contests.
Tree Coloring (Div1-A) is same as AtCoder Beginner Contest 133 E
I knew I solved that before...but that is more than three years ago, how can you remember which one?
Few days ago I was upsolving some old AtCoder contests, 133 was one of them
Apologies for missing out on this before the contest. We are confident that this was a case of 'notorious coincidence' and have perma banned the setter from the platform.
A well deserved action, we appreciate your efforts to keep the platform clean.
Was "Tree Coloring" really that easy? I was surprised to see so many solves of it (in div1), a lot of them that too in so less time! I found it quite hard (ಥ _ʖಥ)
Same. I took 1hr and till that 150+ submissions were already there. So I didn't submit it after that. Considering Div1A it should have been a bit easy I guess. This was a Div1B or C as per the observations needed. Or might be it was easy and I am a noob for DIV1. P.S- I submitted just after the contest and got AC :)
I found it very hard too. Couldn't solve it
I took forever to debug my WA for that problem lol. Even solved Div2D before Div2C. Didn’t have time to solve Div2E since I spent too much time on C :/
Why does my submission say that it was submitted NaN year ago? And why can't I find myself in standings? I submitted wa1 and thought that was enough to get rated
NaN stands for "Not a Number"..and if you submitted wa 1 then you should be in the standings..it is a glitch from their side not yours.
I know what NaN means…
Maybe new CodeChef pages aren't considered the time difference yet. It always says my submission was made 4 hours ago though it was submitted right now (India is UTC+0530, (I'm at) Japan is UTC+0900, and it seems that you are at the timezone before UTC+0530...)
physics0523 is correct about the time zones bug. Thanks for reporting, we'll fix it.
Users who score 0 aren't displayed on the ranklist, but are considered for rating calculation.
Will the editorial for MAXPREFFLIP be available at some moment?
