Division 4 are for alts. They are very strong. *1700 problems cannot show their true strength. We should set the last problem to *2100 or higher!

I think yes, div4 and div3 are for alts and div4 especially is a speedforce. However, do div3, usually last div 3 problems are that 2000 range you want and can get u positive delta.
