Currently, all images are bitmaps, thus, they don't scale. Even now, writing this blog, I see a blurred flag, representing the language. Even logo is not vector. But why? Here is some vector version of current images:
I'm sure, all other images could be found or drawn in a couple of minutes. This pretty easy task would make the site look much better
What do you mean all pics? How do you imagine a conversion between jpg / png and svg pictures? So I would be glad if you send me well detailed svg copy of my avatar.
