Hey MikeMirzayanov/Codeforces administrators,

On hovering over the blog entries' and comments' relative publishing time, all absolute date time infotips show correct dates, but invalid fixed time values. I am accessing the site from India, and all date times show 02:30 as the time value with UTC+5.5 as the timezone. I am not sure if it is already known. Please fix the issue.

Update: The blog entries show different fixed time values on the Home page and the Blog Entry pages. On Home page, all blog posts show 22:30 as the time value, whereas the same blog posts on their Blog Entry pages show 02:30 as the time value. Both show the same UTC +5.5 as the timezone.
