They got a lot of criticism for the Long Contests, so they probably discontinued them for that reason. And currently even the Starters have been paused. The last one held was Starters 99 on 19-07-2023. And they claim that the next Starters (100) would be held on 30-08-2023 (tentative).The reason they've posted is that they're fixing/advancing their online judges or something. But on a funny note, I have a feeling that they're searching for sponsors so that they can have a good reward to the winners of the Century-th Starters Contest!
