I can't help but notice this

Is this the first time there will be a contest that involves the 3 divisions at once?

I wonder how the participants dan problemset will be distributed

    Actually, no. This has been covered before. Both the div1/2 and the div3 are based on onsite events, so they must be exactly on that time.
