I have been practicing competitive programming for last 6+ years in codeforces and other online judge platforms, but still I am struggling in contests please someone analyze my profile and suggest me a better plan. I am going through anxiety and depression for that.

I saw that you have solved a lot of questions, but i think that you lack consistency Try to solve regularly, atleast one question daily

How about you solve 100 div 2 C problems and then see what rank you are.

Try to solve 1200 rated problem within 25 minutes(gradually try to reduce the time). It helped me when i was stuck... Solve Div-3 end to end and see upto which problem you are able to solve.

There is no shortcut. Give a virtual contest every single day, it's the best way you can remain consistent on your aims. You're lacking consistency in your profile cause I'm barely seeing streaks.
