How can I hack/check that now (after the hacking phase)?

I'm confused about this too. Some users such as Nuris, codicon (You can check it at here) could hack after the hacking phase ended, but I couldn't (I couldn't find the "Hack" button). Why?
Uphacking is permitted only for CM and above I think. Refer to the Uphacking blog for more informatiom
