Since nobody solved it in contest, the rating is so high that it got overflowed and went back to 2000.
fr, It got overflowed
Even if someone solved it, it could have been rated the same. The issue is about who actually solved it.
I have a doubt if Div2D was solved by 15000+ by sharing among themselves, then it's rating will fall into 900-1000? Even tough it was harder
Similar thing has happened before.
Codeforces needs to modify the algorithm which calculates the problem rating, especially for very hard problems.
1909I - Short Permutation Problem
same issue here, nobody solved it and it's rated 1900
initially, zh0ukangyang had solved it, it's probably related to that
We will resolve this issue soon. Thanks for report!
