The organizers did a decent job imo. We wouldn't describe our experience in Egypt as "great", but every negative things we faced were out of their control, and whatever ICPC-related events we get to experience there, we had a great time. The only thing we had complaints about were the lengthy closing ceremony, but this WF is already a double to begin with anyway.

Thanks to everyone who were part of this. This was an unfortunate WF in so many ways, but we all made it there, and made it possible.

For teams who are still stuck in Dubai or somewhere else due to the weather situation or any other factors, wish you all able to reach your home destination early, safe and sound.
