How to improve at Constructive Algorithms?

So while practicing i encountered 2 tasks, which made my brain cells dead Nene's Magical Matrix (WA's only) and Cells Arrangement(I wasn't able to even start with this one).The problem I faced is their official solution were a lot easier, but i couldn't arrive at it even with alot of time spent on them.So i request you to share your valuable opinion on how to improve at these type of problems

maybe the problem is just too difficult for you in your current stage? Just try solving some easier problems and gradually increase the rating +200 will help you out.

Only one way to improve, You have to practice a lot. There is no shortcut to improve without practice.
