Continuous bad contest after bad contest any tips? What should I do.

How will you improve if you solve only 800-1000 rated problems? You have to solve problems in range of your (rating+200). I hope it helps and good luck for upcoming contests.

Practice problems rated 1000-1100 rather than solving 800 rated problems.

I was in a similar situation as you(you can see my graph, stuck in grey). Then I started doing 25-30 problems of difficulty from 1100-1400 sequentially.Because of this I reached cyan more easily than pupil(although in between i left cf). Then I did similarly for 1600's.

I think you can follow a similar thing and can reach upto expert.Also give atcoder for increasing speed.

I am not also very good. But I can advice you to keep on solving the problem around your difficulty. It is frustrating to see bad performance even after solving sizable amount of problem. But its the only way to improve at codeforces — Solve more problem.
