Invitation to CodeChef Starters 148 (Rated upto 6 stars) — 21st August

We invite you to participate in CodeChef’s Starters 148, this Wednesday, 21st August, rated upto 6 stars (i.e. for users with rating < 2500).

Time: 8:00 PM — 10:00 PM IST

Joining us on the problem setting panel are:

Written editorials will be available for all on discuss.codechef.com. Pro users can find the editorials directly on the problem pages after the contest. The video editorials of the problems will be available only to Pro users.

Also, if you have some original and engaging problem ideas, and you’re interested in them being used in CodeChef's contests, you can share them here.

One of the questions have subtasks & it's not even mentioned in the announcements ?

Is it even fair for the people who don't open all the questions / rankboard to check if any problem has a subtask?

    Open the contest page and scroll down:

    Rules and Regulations: This is an IOI-style contest. This means that the problems will be partially graded. You will get the score for passing certain test data.

    By default, every CodeChef Starters contest may have subtasks and hence you should open all problems.

    This time we even tried making it more apparent by splitting the subtasks into two different problems with XIN (Easy and Hard) and ZIGZAGTREE (Easy and Hard).

fightbot and subtask was easy i could do it in 10 minutes but I was never able to move further than that whole contest
