Nowadays, people are mostly used to dark themes. For example, you were reading some documentation in geeksforgeeks then you open codeforces and you get flash banged so hard.

No, like built-in. Don't you get it? Some extensions like codeforces++ get close, but I feel like it should be built in. They should also add high contrast mode, or make it more customizable.
How about using "Dark Reader" extension from Google?
its abit anoying. right now i am using codeforces++ but if codeforces added dark mode, people will thank that they haven't got blind
I have tried both, Dark reader is better for me and it provide more customizations.
I like light themes.
Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.
Reading GeeksForGeeks is enough to make my eyes hurt (and cry), more than any light mode could.
You are Welcome to try this , Cause i like it better than Dark Reader HERE
Cool! Thanks, I will try. (and hope codeforces hasn't done too much damage to my eyes already)
I personally use this extension as it allows me to quickly switch between dark and light theme using Ctrl+I. It only has permissions to read and change content on codeforces site.
yeh, i also use it
Do you have any evidence to support this claim? Any researches, papers, surveys, or even just online polls?
