Hello CodeForces Community!

I wonder why so many people passed the problem C(Div.1 A) in the last contest, are they cheaters?

And I wonder why there are so many newbies and unrated people performed very well in Div.2/3/4;

Are they even stronger than CMs, Experts and me? I can't believe this. They must be alts of LGMs or cheaters!!!

Please skip all of their submissions!
